These terms govern your use of conduit, an Apple TV remote app for Android developed by Florian Schuster ("the developer"). By downloading or using conduit, you agree to these terms. conduit is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "Apple TV" is a trademark of Apple Inc.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use conduit on devices you own or control, to control Apple TVs you own or are authorised to use. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Your devices and pairings

The pairings and settings you create in conduit are stored on your device, and you are responsible for them. The developer has no access to them and cannot recover them if they are lost or deleted. You are responsible for using conduit only with Apple TVs you are permitted to control.

Purchases

conduit is free to use for a limited amount of time each day. The optional Lifetime Pass is a one-time purchase that removes this limit, sold and processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Payments, taxes, and refunds are handled by Google Play; any refund requests are subject to Google's policies. The developer does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use conduit only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.

No warranty

conduit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Apple TV, tvOS version, or network configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use conduit.

Changes to the app and these terms

The developer may update, change, or discontinue conduit at any time. These terms may also be updated; the current version will always be posted on this page with the date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
